. make certain transaction above 2000 madatory through BHIM app who were educated at certain level say 10th or 12th class and give exemption those those are below these level.
.provide adequate advertisements through electronic media( DD National as it has widest coverage and akashvani and vividh Bharti radio) and print media in regional language.
. all payment should be made through NPCI so that processing fee of outside company( VISA, Master card) eliminated completely and reduce cost.

Honorable Prime Minister #NITIAayog #DigitalPayments #WatalCommittee #MyGov
Following are the humble suggestions for Digital India Vision
1.Stop printing 500/2000 currency.circulate only 100,50,20 RS notes.
2.Negotiate with companies to preinstall BHIM if they want to sell phones here
3.Merge or integrate all govt/non-govt bank upi apps with BHIM, may be a BHARAT PAY to avoid future domination of android or apple pay.Make UPI based VPA mandatory for doing business in india.

BHIM is so much more superior than PayTM, primarily not having to fund a separate wallet. There should be a dedicated advertisement advocating BHIM and particularly the QR code aspect of it. Then the receiving merchants don't even need a smartphone, except to register and generate QR codes.

I read through the comprehensive report from the committee on digital payments.
There is big difference in e-payment as opposed to cash-payment:
a. Needs real-time Network access on both ends
b. Time latency for confirmation or failure due to sms/otp
c. Huge load & cost on systems transaction/sec, all needing to be processed real-time
I would argue that e-currency by RBI (like e-rupee) is the future, using blockchain and wifi p2p transactions. Attached is a proposal

The report actually is extremely forward looking and a realistic one.It is a strategy document for accelarating digital payments in India. eRupee will bring forth transparency & ease of transactions. Particularly because of the fact that this will not need an expensive smart phone and just about any phone will do-and just about everyone in the country has a phone. Given the fact that the infrastructure is already in place, this seems to be a very cool approach towards a real 'digital india'.

8. Withdraw all transaction fees, fuel surcharge, MDR etc. for cashless payments or Government should bear those charges and refund merchants or consumers for any charge because once people start paying by cashless means, there would be huge cash in Bank which government could utilize by loans (also the cost of funding for banks would reduce)
