The draft NHP 2015 has been formulated and placed in public domain for stakeholder consultations. Suggestions/comments/feedback are invited on the policy which inter-alia include the following broad areas: goals, principles, objectives, policy directions, Investment, Preventive and Promotive Health, Organisation of Public Health Care Delivery, Human Resources for Health, Financing of Health Care and engaging the private sector, Regulatory framework, Medical technologies, ICT for Health and Health Information Needs, Knowledge for Health, Governance, Legal framework for healthcare and the Right to Health.

The last date for submission of your comments is 10th February, 2015.

Preventive Primitive Health: We know that national importance health is wealth, actually we spend more money when there is imbalance in health. The amount can be invested in preventive and promotive health, village health, Sanitation, Nutritional care education safe drinking water Sanitation housing, employment occupational safety and preventions of medical emergencies by preventing accidents.

Policy Direction: The National Policy’s include expenditure and taxation of medical health. Para Medical industry like laboratory diagnostic material and drugs are the main source expenditure. These are the direct investment to the Government which has spent earnestly to make medical graduates for the colleges. But medical graduates concentrate on urban level not the rural level.

Health is wealth. It is understood that people go to hospitals when they are sick. But if we observe, health aspects are attached to Life from new born stage till adult. There are numerous policies depending up on geo graphical area, but we could not achieve our target until we know to Draft National Policies 2015, all internal related depending up on outsource and inner source the national health policies projects the highest possible of Good Health and Well Being.

all health card schemes are meant for BPLs. there is a large segment between BPL and rich. medical bills for any emergency haunts them as nobody knows when any family member would fall ill since they have no reserves for it.their position is not such that they can admit in govt. hospital due to their poor image.private clinics charge so much that illness may result in debt. hence think for health cards for every family .we are ready to pay for charges depending upon the quality of cover reqd
