Couple of points from my side. 1) Comprehensive Health Insurance plan, right now the costs of medical treatment is too expensive. 2) Flying Doctor sort of scheme, for patients in remote, rural, hilly and tribal areas that can't be reached by road, using small planes. 3) Nodal Scheme for Rural Areas, where you have Primary health Centers in Villages, all of which are linked to main Health Center in a Block HQ. 4) Program to eradicate encephalitis, like how we did Pulse Polio.

I am an employee of NRHM working as an ayurvedic pharnacist on contracual basis. We are paid on an average Rs 10000 for our service and hardwork compared to regular employees who are paid Rs 30000 on average ,we are educated health professionals who work really hard at salaries equivalent to uneducated sector and without any job security but work equivalent to the ones paid 3 times than us .If we are provided with good salary and regular jobs we can better serve people whole heartedly. Namaskar

The National Health card should be issued for each and every Person By interlinking the Health Card with the Aadhar Card and making the use of biometric technology for the taking record of every newborn individual and linking it with the Aadhaar card and rather than issuing all the medical facilities and monitoring the entire data from doctor to the Medicines to be recorded and can be managed and the huge scams involved in the Medical sector and the misuse of the national public funds
