At Maithan ESI Hospital is located. This Hospital is having 110 beds. Big Building with acres of land in prime location. This hospital is run by Jharkhand State Govt and most of the times could not cater the needs of Insured persons due to lack of Doctors, pathological Deptt, Surgery Depatt, and many others . For tis lack of facility working people covered under ESI dont get treatment even in simple fracture case or surgery case. If ESIC takes over this Hospital run this Hospital directly by ESI

Every Politician must achieve the aim to clean corruption, pollution and waste of delhi. India is already rich in its nature and heritage, but efforts must be made in terms of security of people. The main problem of delhi and other parts of india is bad politics played by industrialists, judiciary and big political people.

Now Arvind Kejriwal must concentrate problems on poverty, employment, roads, industries, water and security of men and women in Delhi. The other problems must be solved by Narendra Modiji like corruption, border disputes, energy, dams, clothes to poor people, security of all religious organisation like temples, masjids, church, gurudwara. Both of them must work together in the interest of everybody.

In our country, we have concept of Civil Hospitals in the Cities in every State. Apparently, this concept has been conceived keeping in mind the medical needs of the residents, especially that segment of the populace which is vulnerable to the very high cost of medical treatment provided by the privately menaged, so called, 'Nuesing Homes'. But, now it is seen that theses Civil Hospitals no longer stand the medical needs in more than one way. STRUCTURE OF CIVIL HOSPITALS NEED OVER-HAULING.

Contd. The Civil Hospitals, first of all, are absolutely out of tune with the ever increasing populace of the areas they have been establish to cater to. Hence, whatever facilities are there with them are not sufficient to serve those who turn up to avail them. Even the man-power is enough. Needless to emphasise, there is urgent need to, up-grade the existing Civil Hoapitals as also, to increase their numbers IN PROPORTION TO THE POPULATION OF THE AREA THEY ARE EXPECTED TO SERVE. IT IS IMP.

I think number of hospital and health center is not the solution to beter healthy people or to cure any disease.Need to mantain their (Doctors, and associated staff ) duty done properly.so many doctors and nurse cant do their duty proparly. They go in duty delayed and always neglect to do it proparly
