I'm pleased to learn that, Govt. Of India is in process to launch 'Career Centres' for youths. Here are some tips for the same. 1)To register all educational and training institutes online 2)To register all youths domain-wise 3) To provide soft skill trainings 4) To provide employment assistance 5) Loan assistance 6)Specialized bank account 7)Specialized insurance 8)Training for competitive exams 9) Training for own business set-up with assistance 10)E-Kios/E-Helpdesk 11)Public announcement etc.

Healthcare is an important issue, which is being more a business and less service in private hospitals. We regularly see many instances where some child or person is suffering from critical disease and his/her family is not able to support, very painful situation and fear to everyone. Not sure how long it will take to change our general hospitals but for quick help " government should insure all the citizen for some of critical diseases so that poor can also get good care in pvt. hospitals".

Blood Banking: HIV, Hepatitis C & Hepatitis B should be tested By ELISA method but most of the Blood banks in INDIA are using kit test violating the norms and thus spreading the infections. I have the full knowledge how they are operating by managing the NACO official. I have also plan how to regulate such blood bank. I think NACO (National Aids Control organisation) is lacking behind for proper blood safety measure. Look into this serious public concern matter..
