There is no doubt that today's students are the pillars of our society and the nation. I have come across so many children and young boys who toil to get proper education. Added to it, of course, is the very much talked about the weight these little ones carry every day to schools. I have been toying with an idea to reduce the weight of these students but have found no proper platform to suggest the way to reduce the burdens of these angels. I hope to do so soon.

I feel that post implementation of CCE, the level of students have gone down. They are now aware that we will get promoted till Class 10. The intention of CCE was great, it encourages 'Learning by doing' but somehow there is something lacking in its implementation. There needs to be some sort of proper assessments. Our country students used to be amongst the most bright students across the world but if the present trend continues we will be lacking far far behind. There is a strong need of change

School need to focus on oral work to teach and memorize lessons.Loud reading a must to encourage public speaking and to improve pronunciation.Mathematics plays an important role .Practical a must from the very beginning.Basic activity related to daily life can be encouraged like how to handle financial matters. Handling money can teach them so much without much effort.Teachers need to be more innovative to handle various topics .Labs should be for use rather then show cases for visitors round.

Teachers need to upgrade themselves and take their job more seriously to groom children well.As they play an important role in their lives. Teachers should not take their jobs as money making machine only. It's not a time pass for their reminder sake. They are suppose to be accountable to make the life of children rather then spoiling and discouraging students when they choose the profession of the teachers. Teachers are to be made accountable for their students results as well without cheating.

Teaching Defence Skills a must.Schools need to have NCC for students to teach them discipline and later join Defence forces. Army training can be given to make them brave and learn to live with dignity and pride from the very beginning of life. Living life without scare and freedom will give boost to many to walk in life with high head and correct focus to do well in whatever job one chooses later in life. They will excel without any doubt in anyone's mind for sure. Training will give them all.

School premises should be used for two shift education to cater for maximum benefit. We don't loose anything. It will give job to many and education to needy who get neglected due to shortage of vacancy. Even Vocational training centers can be run on the appropriate places to teach them practical's subjects. Extra coaching classes can be conducted by the teachers for the needy students or with doubts.Teachers should be paid extra for extra coaching classes.Prepare students 4 competitive exams.

If we encourage to give job to the people from the same village to teach in schools or colleges or vocational training centre will encourage more people to pursue studies and then get jobs too. They will stick to their villages instead of running for jobs to various places and getting lost in the crowd. They can lead a better life with their family and friends. They will be able to understand the problem faced by people around too. It will have double edged win win situation for all.

Education in government Schools need to be improved drastically. As we are facing most of the problems due to weak education system. Level of interest in learning needs to be uplifted.Children need to go to school willingly. Parents need to be encouraged to send their children to school.School uniform and school books should be given free to the children in villages.Villagers should extend helping hand to contribute grains and vegetables to make mid day meal for children and keep them healthy.
