First of all observed bitcoin and then regulate it. Bitcoin is very usefull to doing txn in a fraction of time and every txn will easier with bitcoin. Bitcoin can't promote black money instead of its gaining income in the form of tax and every txn process through bank so the transpeeancy of the txn was there for gov. And it will be regulated by rbi . and for consumer protection rbi ensure that the Indian bitcoin exchanger will show their authencity to the RBI and then do business.

I think now we have to see more for this..
But as per technology it should be regulated in India after strict rule of kyc.

Virtual currency should be legal in India. It may be best option for Digital India in future. These type of currency can beer heavy load on Indian banking system and banks will free for other financial activity with profitability.

Reserve bank of India should start minting Bitcoin in Physical form instead of Indian coin.This wud make India the richest country of this world.All Indians would become rich.

Before legalizing it Reserve bank should ban Indian currency,they should start printing Bitcoin paper money,every transaction in India should be done in Bitcoin instead of rupees.The depositors whose rupess is deposited in various bank,finance institution any other sector,Indian government should automitcally convert there rupees into bitcoins.All employee should receive there salary in bitcoin.
