bitcoins should be legalized in India and should be regulated as well.
Indian Bitcoin and other virtual currencies exchange should ask trader for KYC form through which government could regulate the entire trade.
This would not only promote digitization but will also increase the government revenue by collecting taxes.

India should take steps to lead when it comes to Blockchain technology. The opportunity offered by technology is much bigger than cryptocurrency. A miscalculated approach could see India missing out in taking advantage as it will put down the entrepreneurs while their counterparts in other countries will march forward. The regulation should be focusing on KYC and consumer protection which is easy to achieve rather than trying scare away the entrepreneurs from future technologies.

Bitcoins should be regulated because banning it will just shift this market into black market as banning it, will not stop the use of bitcoins and due to this government will not have a platform to either keep a watch for ill usage and also miss out on the tax revenue the government can generate from this. The whole world is going towards digital age and i think banning bitcoin can handicap India in that race. what should be done is that bitcoin should be regulated and kept under heavy watch.

Hello Sir, on one side we are trying to make everything digital and on the other hand we are trying to add complications to that network. Cryptocurrency is the most transparent currency which will help economy. Adding on it will also add a watch to money traffikers, Counterfeiting of currency, Black money and easy to use interface. I agree to the fact that some regulations need to be made on VC as if something goes wrong then we have a plan B. Mandate providing PAN, Aadhar on every transaction.

No doubt VCs are the future of currencies. Working on blockchain technology which is open & one of the safest ways to deal or trade by eliminating the mediator. It is one of the fastest ways to settle transactions. Its should be observed & regulated but should be legalized first. Need not to fear but need to develop understanding about such an impressive technology.

Bitcoin or VC should be legally accepted in India. We must keep this in our mind that Bitcoin's functionality works on Blockchain Technology which is safest & transparent and its proven so we can't afford to ignore the value & importance of Bitcoin and Blockchain Technolgy.
I request and appeal to understand this and give acceptance to Bitcoin by doing so, we India as a country can expand Global Busines Relation and Trades because Bitcoin is a global currency and can show our power to the world
