If the rest of the worlds best economies are legalizing bitcoins why shouldn't India do this.
World is currently witnessing the strength of bitcoins.
Gov should just keep a track on who is buying bitcoins. All the mediums of buying bitcoins should go through banks and should be recorded.
Some preliminary regulations should be implemented.
If world is growing using the strengths of virtual/crypto currency, why should India be behind

Bitcoin is a decentralized cryptocurrency. Why their will be any problem in regulating it as their is only progress of our country with such technology. Our country should not lag behind countries like japan, russia and many more who have legalised it and whole heartedly accepted it. Just design a framework that it should not be misused, every citizen who buy, sell or trade bitcoins should be clear enough to its tax returns and dont promote black transactions.
I strongly favor its govt approval.

Bitcoin should be made legal in India athough it has its own advantages and disadvantages. Countries like Japan, Australia have regulated bitcoin. It should be left to the merchants whether they want to accept it or not.
Currently ZEB IT SERVICE PRIVATE LIMITED is working within the country having bitcoin exchange. Transactions of bitcoin purchase from Zebpay can be tracked as the money is paid through bank via neft/rtgs/imps.
It will definitely help in economic growth of the country.

Government and RBI must develop an app similar to blockchain where government can look at the transactions which will make this mechanism much transparent. Mining should only be allowed for government and RBI so as to maintain the flow of currency in the economy.
