Bilaspur Municipal Corporation during the period of last 3 months have been involved intensively in preparing the smart city proposal for Bilaspur city. For preparing the smart city plan the opinion of the citizen were given the highest priority. The selection of areas for area development and the pan city proposal were both selected after a series of citizen engagement exercises i.e live talk shows, ward level meetings, door to door surveys, essay and painting competition. The smart city proposal prepared is very inclusive in nature and takes all the sectors of the city into consideration.

The draft of the smart city proposal is ready and suggestions from the citizen are welcome.

In order to combat with poverty and malnutrition we have a plan , to plant thousands kinds of trees which provide fruits , vegetables , edible oil , timber for furniture etc. We can plant these trees and shrubs along the roads,canals ,rivers and streams and on the edges of the agricultural farms .This will provide a lot of employment and will also reduce the committing suicides by the farmers due to crop failure. Make smart city and smart village by well planned plantation HINDI ,

Respected prime Minister Sir,We have some innovative ideas to solve the problem of power generation and the problem of drinking water and water for irrigation in order to provide 24 hour power to every house and water to every farm. We also have some solution of Plastic pollution by synthesizing many Biodegradable polymers. We believe that we can do this task if you support us financially. Please read all pdf files

Preparation of proposal for any city which is participating in this smart city contest should incorporate the basic needs & facilities of people of that areas.We need to do the SWOT survey before finalizing the proposal. Various area based models of development which you have considered , should be under stable to the various authorities authorities at different level.
