In Govt Organization DCSEM Mumbai/DAE , there is regular wasteful spending at financial Year end.In Feb 2015 ,5 Km Road ( Central Avenue Road, A Nagar,Mumbai ) in good condition was cut & again tar was put .There is huge similar wasteful expenditure. Skill development in economic utilization of public money in Govt dept is required. on Other side, 25 % Indians have to struggle for food in life.

Lets have the single tax regime instead of various tax like INCOMTAX SERVICETAX SALESTAX etc., Let all pay for what they earn. The Best way to achieve greater income and less black money. The Tax should not be on earnings but on spending. If a person spend a rupee then he/she has to pay a tax of say 10paise on what they spend. It should not be a tax on income it should be a tax on spending.

My most important and most controversial suggestions is a complete overhaul of the Govt Advertisement Policies. This has to stop. Under every Govt to date we have seen media houses rake in 1000s of crores of our hard earned tax payer money. 1) STOP advertisements to news channels. This, especially for a BJP Govt is useless and a criminal waste of our money & GOI & State resources. 2) Spend on World Cup ads or high TRP soaps or in superb movies in theatres. No news channels

Room tariff ceiling for different levels of executives on duty to stay in hotels is linked to ITSD hotel rates, whether he stays in ITSD Hotels or other private hotels. These hotels are allotting same room for different grades of officers and charge as per their eligibility. Government/Public Undertakings are paying upto Rs.25000 per day only for taking bath (many occasions there will not be night stay). Ceilings on Hotel tariff should be slashed by 50% so that crores of rupees will be saved.

...our forex reserves at least 5 times what they currently are. Our Gold deposits, rate policies should help with that..and our current Central Gov't and RBI teams know much better than me how to get there, while driving growth up and containing inflation. I just don't want our current pace to change with a potentially new RBI Committee in place. Thank you to Prime Minister Modi, his cabinet and the RBI leadership for all that they do. They are the correct people to run, fix, improve and..
