We are a group of NRIs working in US and would like to bring to your notice a great opportunity to transform Indian Pension system. This could potentially save India an estimated amount of Rs 2500 crores per year. We have been trying to reach you through PMGOV.in website and twitter, please tell us how we can reach you to share our proposal. Regards Shashank

Energy spending is so high and can be curtailed. Why not use solar panels on top of railway coaches and use green energy in trains? Why not use solar energy to provide electricity to government office and airports? why no solar energy is harnessed by gov. transport vehicles (especially buses)? Why not have separate car pool lanes for cars who have 4 or more passenger on high traffic highways? Why not have cashless toll collections with a single card?

Accounting of Railway Earnings from stations and others are got delayed as it is not directly credited in the banks. Banks are also reluctant rather refusing to collect railway earnings directly from stations. As a result some few hundred crores of rupees on daily basis got delayed to be credited into the railway earnings head by 2 or more days. So, Finance Ministry should act firmly to instruct the banks to work on it and arrange for prompt crediting of railway earnings.

Introducing Aadhaar for subsidies will reduce excess collected by agencies, which never goes to the end beneficiaries. A good amount is going into the wrong hands. Aadhaar is given after producing documentary evidence for residence. In case change of residence the BANK must get a supporting document as proof and put a stamp. Subsequently it can be used till next change takes place, as a UID card for all purposes.

Excessive /unnecessary supplementary provision and re-appropriation of funds injudiciously should be avoided. Respected Hon Prime Minister Sir, The first and foremost important thing to govt is to discuss all important CAG reports by PAC in a time bound programme and act immediately on the recommendations without wastage of time and take effective follow-up action. If this porcess is deciplined I think most of public expenditure Management issues will be automatically solved This is the area where Govt is lagging behind other adv- anced countries A suitable permanent system to be evolved in thisregard

One important thing is Time Management. If you start a programme like "Samay Pe Bharatiy" where every Indian is on time always for their respective duties, it will conserve lot of energy. It can be done with similar to "Swachch Bharath" programme involving all. Presently people can say if a person is late by half an hour, he is Imp . person, if 1hr: VIP, 2hr:VVIP. This should be top to bottom approach so that rest can follow. Especially Government Employees by doing this save public money.
