Allow tax payer to decide where he wants his tax money to be invested by giving options for respective ministries. likewise the popularity and performance of the ministries can also be judged by the public based on the tax money received for each ministry.

Hello to all! I would thanks Mr. Narendra Modi Ji for starting this website for public opinions because each opinion is important and must to be shared because country runs with public not without public. So, it is very good move for the country.

I read news in News Paper that govt is trying to revive state owned sick units by pouring more taxpayers money. It is really disappointing 1 Earliar congress Govt s have many attempts to revive but in vain 2 they are white elephants 3 better to bring govt holding below 50% and privatize 4 Take example of Govt ordnance factories they can never be brought to the efficiency of private sector 5 We want Modi Govt to take path breaking decisions 6 Attempting to modernize or revive is a retrogressive

Bring out a list of all assets of The govt of India - land ,building, other assets. 1.Prevent takeover of govt land and other public assets 2. Get the best brains in India to plan how the assets can be put to best commercial use to earn crores for the govt. ( say PPP model development of unused land in key areas to rent out buildings :)-income increase is equal to cutting expenditure. countries holding billions of our money will not co-operate in bringing it back- itsbest to provide incentives.

DURING VERIFICATION , I FOUND THAT " PALGHAR " IS NOT REGISTERED AS DISTRICT IN YOUR MYGOV site RECORD . I HAS NO OPTION BUT TO FILL " THANE " AS DISTRICT . PSUs are working in many areas which are not economically viable , but there presence in these areas is necessary as private sectors are not coming forward .Such areas are to be identified so that real profit loss statement for PSUs can be generated

Our respected PM always lays stress on interaction with all concerned for inclusive growth of country. Leading Corporate CEOs of successful companies like Infosys also interact with employees at all levels for suggestions & ideas. However, In Govt & PSUs like BSNL, there is absolutely no interaction between top management and employees. If employees or officers try to give suggestions for better management, they are asked to APPROACH THROUGH PROPER CHANNEL & then NO DECISION IS TAKEN FOR MONTHS.

THE AUTHORITY, RESPONSIBILITY AND ACCOUNTABILITY AT ALL LEVELS SHOULD BE RIGHTLY FIXED. SO THAT EVERY FINANCIAL ACTIVITY WILL BE AS PER BUDGETED. IN SUCH IDEAL SITUATION WHY PSUS INCURS LOSSES E.G., PSU AIRLINE. THE CONCERNED PSU SHOULD GIVE TOP PRIORITY TO RESEARCH ACTIVITIES ON CONTINUOUS BASIS BY THE UTILISATION OF ITS INTERNALLY QUALIFIED RESEARCHERS. THE RETIREMENT AGE OF THIS QUALIFIED RESEARCHERS SHOULD BE 65 YEARS AS PROVIDED BY THE GOVT., FOR SCIENTIFIC SCHOLARS.
