Issue 3. Just not able to ustnd. One the one hand govt says maximum utilization of avbl resources and on the other hand it penalize for a vehicle hvng regd seating capacity of 7 and used by 8 people at one pt. I am unable to unrstand what & who is dong better for India and economy. Only 1-2 person in Innova of 7 seat (rich can afford) or 8/18 person in Maruti Van/jeep. I am nt sayng to compromise with safety. If these people wld hvt nt there in India, these riches would not have been today.

of every 24 hr to dpst cash. If ICICI bank can do then why not govt. Let the sys unstnd the benefit. Of 2 shift Jobless to get more job as every existing seat 2 ppl required/ Good governance will increase as citizen shll not be bound to take leave/ close business to get their work done between 10am- 3.30 pm people shall be able to deliver more work as they can utilize their free time after their shift for social work etc. and offcourese GDP will increase as actual work will double without any c

Sir, unlimited issue throng India and as like every citizen I also have more than one ideas to reduce public exp. But as is rightly said, we speak more and do less. My one issue for today is to reduce the usage of stationery in all govt offices, specially in banks and varied accounting/system by using both side of paper. Let all photocopy be done backward side also.Just for ex. i have seen SBI pouring 50-100 A4 sheets for a single saving a/c, if actually printed on passbook it take 4 pages

Fund from Central government is like Jaeb bharo yaaro yojana in Northeast. There is no regulatory body to keep the record and the team which comes to check from central is aao thoda hum bhi kha le. From past 10 years as per my observation Northeast was like reservoir for the Central government during election.

I want to draw your attention towards Northeast. I am working in Assam these days in regional magazine Northeast Today. I have observed extreme corruption majorly in Arunachal and Nagaland. The minimum cost of contesting Legislative election in Arunachal is more then 10 cr and 25cr in Nagaland. The contestant shows gross property of max 1 cr. He puts some amount from his pocket and some party support. Then how they meet such expenditure. Even election commission don't take any step against them.

Few small but far-reaching suggestions for power sector reform, which is high on your agenda: 1. SEBs and / or Central/State Power PSUs should refer to consumers as customers. 2. SEBs and Central/State PSUs should have double entry accounting system like any other government company. 3. Currently, power tariffs are decided on the basis of total AT&C losses. This system effectively leads to reward for inefficiency and hence should be reviewed on priority.
