Secrecy is a pre-requisite for corruption. And almost all corruption happens for money. In order to enhance transparency, I would like to suggest that the government should make all its contracts public (excepts contracts related to national security) either immediately after executing a contract or within maximum six months - including all contracts done by all the government ministries and departments, and with any entity (private organizations, other government departments, individuals, etc).

Eliminate IAS and other civil services. Use professionals with specialization in the field for all posts (graduates in engg., medicine, science, arts with PG as necessary; MBAs as in Private Sector. This will reduce management costs. Treat this frontier, as important as liberalizing the economy and getting rid of dynastic politics this country has had since independence.

continued .... We should think about, how to increase income of farmer, so that they can pay their loan from own source. the food processing industry should be set up under the Companies Act, 2013 on PPP basis and share holder will be farmer & Central/state Govt or local authorities (i.e Municipal Corp., Municipality, District Council or Panchayat) only. This will help to increase job creation. The set up of this industry will be in the village only. Food can be sold competitive prices.

Respected Sir, Topic Summery: Some time we are spending lot of money on waiver of farm loans, but the benefit of this scheme taken by the farmers who not repay loan timely and the farmer who pay their loan in time they will not be benefited. Beside farmer not pay loan because farmer waiting for waiver of farm/crop loan. Solution: Govt should spend money on pre&post supporting facilities (like supply chain, storage, promote food processing industry owned by farmer etc) with nominal charges.

If we are able to provide good and satisfactory services in these 3 areas then the improvement in other areas will be automatic. In present time the basic or primary duty of any Government is to provide these 3 facilities. Present situation in all these three areas is very-very poor and not of any use to citizens and they are forced to spend their maximum earning to meet these requirements from private service provider. Every citizen is capable of earning his/her livelihood but not these service

There are 3 basic things which are required by each and every citizen of this country irrespective cast, region, and social status i.e Good Education- Primary and Higher, Good Health care facility and Security ( Internal and external). hence maximum expenditure should be done on these three aspects . All the facilities required to provide good infrastructures and services should be built, improved and implemented in each and every administrative block of this country.
