WHY cant we have a CAPTIVE POWER PLANT. we have LAND / COAL transport / HUGE not fluctution stagnent REQUIREMENT . energy cost may come down by more than 60% . At present we are buying at 7/-Rs per unit this will go up as service tax rises due to GST. Captive power plant can provide sustainable electricity at 2 to 3 Rs per unit

Strict laws punishing anyone found carrying inflammable materials. Clear communication to common man with Visuals in vernacular language about what all products fall under the inflammable material category is vital. Visuals need to be provided at all major stations, announcements to be made in radio and SMS needs to be sent to citizens about inflammable materials and the implications

Sir, We know that electricity can be generated by large wind tunnels or fans. So,If we start fitting a fan of compatible size on the roof tops of the train bogies,so that it can generate electricity that is usable for the bogie itself. We have thousands of trains which can generate and save electricity. The saved electricity can light up many villages of india. Sir, If you have read this then please see the adjoining vedio, a revolutionary idea of Defence.

Contd...In my posts here ealier, I presented the idea that the fertile stretches of land along the railway tracks could be utilized for vegetation purposes, the less fertile stretchs could be developed as Green Belts, and BARREN STRETCHES COULD BE PUT TO COMMERCIAL USE. AS THINGS STAND TODAY, IN MY HOME TOWN -- JALANDHAR --THE LONG STRETCHES OF LAND ALONG THE RAILWAY TRACKS HAVE EITHER BECOME DUMPING AREAS GETTING CONVERTED INTO FILTHY STENCHING SPOTS OR HAVE GROWN WILD GROWTH.

The Railway Minister in his speech presenting the Railway Budget has expressed plans to put to commercial use the vacant land. As a matter of fact this is an issue hanging fire since long. In my posts several weeks back, I tried to put forth the issue of long stretches of land available on both sides of the Railway tracks which may total upto several thousand acres in the country. NO SECRET OF THE FACT THAT PRESENTLY THIS LAND HAS EITHER BEEN ENCROACHED UPON OR HAS BECOME DUMPING AREAS.
