The FIT India Movement in collaboration with MyGov is launching Your Voice for a Fitter India contest, inviting you to offer your suggestions on what more initiatives should be taken to make the vision of a healthy and fitter India a reality, in alignment with Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of a fit India.
Brief Description of the Fit India Movement-
The mission of the Movement is to bring about behavioral changes and move towards a more physically active lifestyle. Towards achieving this mission, FIT India proposes to undertake various initiatives and conduct events to achieve the following objectives:
1. To promote fitness as easy, fun and free.
2. To spread awareness on fitness and various physical activities that promote fitness through focused campaigns.
3. To encourage indigenous sports.
4. To make fitness reach every school, college/university, panchayat/village, etc.
5. To create a platform for citizens of India to share information, drive awareness and encourage sharing of personal fitness stories.
Contest Guidelines
1.You need to provide five suggestions and number them 1 to 5, with the first being the most suited, followed by the next four in order of priority. The suggestions should reflect the objective of the FIT India Movement as mentioned above.
2. The five suggestions should be from the point of view of motivating the citizens of the country to make physical fitness part of daily lives.
3. The suggestions should not be AI-generated
Please Note
1. All the entries received would be assessed by the internal committee of the FIT India Mission.
2. After the assessment, the top 3 entries will qualify for competition reward as winners.
3. The decision of the internal committee of the FIT India Mission, including disqualification of an entry, will be final and binding, and no clarifications will be issued to any participants for any of the decisions.
4. All submitted entries will become the property of the FIT India Movement, who will have all the rights reserved on it as sole owner and can use/reproduce it as it wants, including on social media platforms and for official purposes.
Competition Reward
The top 3 ranked entries will be rewarded with FIT India merchandise hamper.
