Every people have one technique which is his master move. Like blind people have great capacity of hearing even a small pen sound. Friends with hearing problem have great understanding of lip movements. Likewise every specially challenged friend should be made to develop in the field where they excel and they can even be employed by government agencies. And for learning there should be impartial attitude towards them in learning premises by the faculty. Must be treated equal to other students.

Institutions must motivate specially abled students, they must encourage them, tell them what qualities they have & how they can utilize those qualities as an alternative. institutions must appoint people with special needs to teach same kind of students, so that they can understand better & communicate better, also a person with same type of special needs can develop new techniques for same kind of students to study, communicate & develop their creativity.

1. Special curriculum must be made for people with special needs, like an audio curriculum for blind students where all lectures & topics would be orally dictated to them. Also, syllabus can be designed in braille curriculum fro blind students. For people with listening disorders, they must be explained by writing, enabling them to read & write, instructing them by pictures & actions. technologies can be developed / are developed to help people to listen better or to understand a person speaks.
