I am a 23 year old Montessori pre-school teacher. I have worked in an inclusive school for 1 and a half years i.e St Mary's School, Safdurjung Enclave, New Delhi. This school adopts the best of all methodologies in an inclusive environment, treating each child as an individual rather than as a collective group. They deal with different Neuro-diversities. My suggestions are as follows.

a persons value is decided on the basis of his intelligence and a persons brains..... i suggest a oral examination system for the physically challenged citizens which lets them compete with the masses in a fair and just way judging one only by means of his logic and the ability to understand the subject...this will only bring out more completion and a smarter India as a whole.. its no where written that a scholar need to have hand and legs working to sit on top positions

The survey of educational status of the nomadic and semi nomadic tribes shows that their children are not welcome in the government schools and so do not go. Schools have to go out to these communities and invite them in.
