The National Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, in collaboration with MyGov, invites citizens to participate in the Logo Design Contest for the “National Programme for Prevention and Control of Snakebite Envenoming (NPSE)”.

Snakebite envenoming is a neglected tropical disease (NTD) that is responsible for enormous suffering, disability, and premature death on every continent. NPSE is a national initiative to reduce the snakebite deaths in India to such an extent that the vulnerable population is free from fear & impact of snakebite related events and improving the overall welfare of the affected communities.

Participants are encouraged to create a logo that creates a strong visual identity for the National Program for Prevention and Control of Snakebite that reflects the spirit of public health, prevention, and community involvement.

This is your chance to contribute to a meaningful national mission through your creativity.

Submission Guidelines:
1. The logo must be an original creation. Plagiarized or AI-generated content will be disqualified.
2. Multiple entries per participant are allowed, but only one can be awarded.
3. Colour mode should be RGB or CMYK.
4. The text used in the logo design should be in Hindi/English only.
5. The Logo should visually create a strong visual identity for the National Program for Prevention and Control of Snakebite that reflects the spirit of public health, prevention, and community involvement.
6. Logo designs should not be imprinted or watermarked.
7. Entries must be submitted in high-resolution JPEG/PNG format, not exceeding 4 MB.
8. Include a short description (max 250 words) explaining the concept and symbolism of the design.

Evaluation Criteria:
1. Relevance to the theme
2. Originality and creativity
3. Aesthetic appeal and simplicity
4. Versatility (scalability and adaptability across media)
5. Clarity in symbolism and messaging

Gratification:
A certificate will be awarded to the winner by the National Centre for Disease Control, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India. The winning logo will be used to represent the program at national and public platforms.
