Inspiration is the mother of action. Let the people know the stories of successful ladies who became successful because of their education. Also the fact that they were one of us and not having any extra resources to achieve their success. We need to remind our society these things periodically to inspire them and to get som acion from their end.

Not only SC, ST Or OBCs need to be awared, infact the girls from the general section, so called higher standard families do not get the proper education. We need to eradicate the child labour, so that especially girls who are doing house hold works in homes for earning money, they get proper education.Girls we see selling flowers at metro stations, red lights, we need to educate them.Orthodox and hypocrisy needs to be eradicated from the society, this can be done only by educating them!!

I have attended many programmes of Adamya chetana organisation in bangalore. They have several measures for making girl child education very effective. They even have successful milestones. Being a NGo the effort they are putting is marvelous. The wall magazine that they have introduced is a best example among them. Aatha Patha and Shiksha chetana are other best examples. You can witness their work and schemes in http://www.adamyachetana.org.

If the efficient teachers will be appointed in proper procedure with all the merit they can bring the standards in education. In spite of giving free mid day meals which has lost quality in its every standards, it is important to give proper teaching through proper teachers. Schools should be there for giving Life models and morals. It is not good to make the teachers to suffer in kitchens all the day.

We need to go to villages or to SC or ST societies to educate the girls and make them continue to learn by providing free education to them.

To my knowledge the following'stepsshould be take to eradicate women education- 1) Like west Bengal 'kanyashree'. Program should be adopt in every state. 2)Irrespective of caste and culture dress should be provided. 3)Text books should be provided. 4) seperate toilet and adequate classroom are necessary. 5)Employment for women must be created to inspire girl.

In west bengal "Kanya Sree Prakalpa" isw being launched by Government of west bengal. This is a very nobel mission. Indian Government also should give more importance to these kind of schemes.
