No Discrimination in 21st Century. A Course is a Course. No Boys course or Girls Course. Boys should also be taught cookery, embroidery, Child Care & Women health and Girls should also by taught Martial Art, Aeronautical Science, Fisheries & Submarine maintenance. Unless we break this barrier We cannot grow. I would suggest PMO to withdraw query.

Girls do not go to school due to poverty & high drop out rate. To tackle poverty, introduce attendance incentive on the pattern of similar incentive for SC/ST students in states. To tackle dropout provide preferential job prospects by way of reservation up to 50% in Government Jobs & Higher Education & Payment of ESI & PF contribution in respect of female employee by Central Government on patters of ESI contribution for PH Employees. Employers will be tempted to hire female employees.

Firstly, we need to understand the interest of all individual girl childs. If one is interested in sports, the other in painting, some other maybe in dance, we should provide them a platform for all this at school level. This could attract more girls to school as their hobbies and interests could be served better while studying in this way !

Following can boost the education levels: A. More schools, specially for primary education, say upto 8th class, should be opened may be using PPP model, which can be partly funded by govt. for capital as well as for running, in rural areas. Additional Incentives, may be given on exceptional performance. B. Quality of education should be monitored starting from class-1. PPP Model can be used to check quality in 100% & in all types of schools on regular basis & enforce corrective actions..

encouragement should be done through ad media(by famous public figures) the education ministry should held special competitions in various fields and should award them special prizes.a law should be passed that an adult girl will only get an national id if she is class 12 passed or else the family of that girl should be punished this will make girl education mandatory in many parts of the country.

parents are even more worried to send their girls to study so strict laws should be made while anyone found harassing or doing wrong.
