Set up independent monitoring units at district and state levels to regularly check the work of different departments and schemes. Use real-time digital systems like geo-tagged attendance and work verification, with data visible on public dashboards. Ensure regular and time-bound audits, including social audits, instead of delayed checking after long periods. Clearly fix responsibility at every level so that any negligence leads to direct action such as warning, suspension, or penalty. Create a strong citizen feedback and complaint system where issues are tracked and resolved within a fixed time. Form dedicated teams to quickly investigate corruption and irregularities in any department or scheme. Evaluate department performance regularly based on results, transparency, and public feedback. Apply strict penalties and recovery rules in cases of fund misuse or fraud. Provide proper training to officials to improve efficiency, responsibility, and ethical working. Thank you

Subject: Urgent Need for Police Reform and Accountability Dear Prime Minister, I am writing to highlight the pressing issue of police high-handedness and "bullying" in India. To ensure a truly democratic and safe society, we must eliminate systemic dominance and replace it with public service. I urge the government to: ●Implement Supreme Court Directives: Fully enforce the 2006 police reforms to ensure operational autonomy with strict accountability. ●Independent Oversight: Establish active Police Complaints Authorities at state and district levels to address misconduct transparently. ●Sensitization Training: Mandate regular behavioral and human rights training to shift the force from a "ruling" mindset to a "serving" one. Reforming the police is vital to restoring public trust in our institutions. Jai Hind.

Respected Sir/Madam, I wish to formally lodge a complaint regarding serious and ongoing irregularities in the implementation of the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act in every village It has come to notice that multiple job card holders are receiving payments without performing any actual work. Attendance records are being manipulated, and wages are being disbursed without physical verification. This clearly indicates misuse of government funds and possible collusion or negligence at the local administrative level. Despite continuous implementation of the scheme, there is a complete absence of real-time monitoring, surprise inspections, and accountability. Delayed or ineffective verification defeats the purpose of the scheme and promotes corruption. Implementation of strict monitoring measures such as surprise inspections and geo-tagged attendance, along with submission of a time-bound Action Taken Report Inspection should be anonymous .

Subject: Proposal for National Energy and Digital Resilience Dear Prime Minister, I urge the government to prioritize two strategic infrastructure shifts: ●Wireless Power: Adopt Nikola Tesla’s wireless transmission theories to create a non-stop, cable-free electricity grid, eliminating the physical vulnerabilities of traditional power lines. ●Internet Security: Our undersea data cables are high-risk targets for sabotage (e.g., by Iran) during conflict. We must transition to LEO satellite networks to ensure uninterrupted connectivity if physical lines are severed. Transitioning to wireless infrastructure is essential for national security and energy independence. Jai Hind🇮🇳

Dear PM Modi Jee, 1) During Middle east Eran Vs US war Though Govt saying NO shortage of Fuel& Gas in India in TVs & public media but lot of rumor getting created and people are lining upto 1KM line for petrol. Like Govt increased number of days while refilling Gas [ last booking Gss to Next booking home Gas Cylinder from 21 days to 25 days this is good step. like this while filling petrol & Diesel better to keep the rule as NO FILLING IN BOTTLES & CANS. IF SOME PETROL BUNKS FILLS PETROL IN BOTTLES THEN SUPPLY TO THAT PETROL BUNK CAN BE SUSPENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE /WAR SITUATION SETTLES DOWN TO NORMAL 2) We are getting confusion while payin Income Tax to Government. they are marking as FY202-25 FOR last Financial Year. Is it possible to make Calendar Year January to December as Financial year? like United States . May be one year. We can submit IT returns for 9 months April to December, only one year to change the old Cycle. Thanks and Regards, Hemasundar Singh.
