Respected Prime Minister, I am a young IT professional and citizen who has developed and submitted a policy proposal titled the *National Sovereign Decentralized Biogas Grid (SDBG)*. The concept enables village households to contribute organic waste (cattle dung, kitchen and farm residue) to government-operated biogas plants, receiving free piped cooking gas or organic fertilizer in return—eliminating LPG dependence and cash transactions. This model addresses fertilizer subsidy burden, LNG imports, and rural unemployment through a single scalable system, with projected breakeven by Year 6 and long-term national benefit thereafter. It also aligns with ongoing sustainability and rural development initiatives. I respectfully request that this proposal be reviewed by MNRE or NITI Aayog. I offer this work in the national interest. Thank you for your time.

By making salaries better, what is the advantage to the govt is that it can reduce the rate of income tax which is very huge for the tax payers at present as you will get more tax payers. Also, tax payers should be given privileges in such a way that more people are attracted towards paying taxes properly such as free commuting through tolls depending on how much tax paid and more value to their voice in government. Government should ensure that corporates are not involved in frequent layoffs and such companies who donot value their employees should be restricted from employing people in our country. we should have a statistics not only regarding employment generation but also of jobless at your finger tips and also the number of people who loss the job when it is critical for their life and their families lives.

you should make it to your mind to consider the plight of common jobs in our country and the plight of common man. Though employment generation is more important and though you argue for everyone to become employers not all are competent enough to rise to that level and chances of failures of businesses are also more when every one strive to be employers. Even companies like Reliance – are they paying adequately to their employees – is getting a job at Reliance considered to be good, when corporates are allowed to grow in such a huge level, common mans plight also should be taken care of. Because of poor paid jobs, citizens are running out of the country and the left-over old population depend on care givers who are to be paid exorbitantly which makes the support system costly for people employed back in our country. If the situation continues, life will become horrible for the people left here.

When I joined college during 1991-92 for pre degree which is 10 plus two there were more govt/aided colleges and here and there one or two private colleges which were called parallel colleges which admitted students who could not secure admission in regular colleges due to poor academic score. Now the situation changed, most students are securing admissions in private colleges especially due to the lesser number of Govt/ aided colleges and Govt colleges are not competitive with respect to quality. But the amount paid to faculties in private colleges are not competent – around Rs.40,000 only when govt college lecturers who are very less in number receive salary in lakhs as per UGC scale. You should take action to ensure the salary of college lecturers/faculties in college are at par with Govt colleges.

Sir, I would like to bring to your notice that there is a huge problem regarding job stability or stability of income which should be taken care of by the government especially when the government have clear policy that employment is not its role and government will concentrate on making policies for sustainable development. When we grew up private sector schools were only started and in initial phase and we did not feel it a problem that private school teachers are paid less because we felt the teachers get experience and later on gradually end up in government school or aided schools. Now most students are taught in private schools because the quality of government/aided schools got reduced and going down the year there are division fall or total closure. When there are huge number of private schools the salary paid to the teachers should be a concern for the govt. The salary of a school teacher whether private or government should be equal to gross salary at govt school
