Subject: Transforming the lives of 1.8 million paralyzed Indians through Brain-Computer Interface (BCI) technology. Respected Modi Ji, I am Aaron David Don, a final-year Computer Science Engineering student at VIT Chennai, originally from Thrissur, Kerala. I would like to bring to your attention a vision to bring independence to the 1.8 million paralyzed citizens of our nation. Currently, over 75% of paralyzed patients in India belong to middle- and lower-income families. For them, the cost of constant caregiving and specialized treatment is an overwhelming burden. This lack of mobility often leads to a loss of hope and a sense of being a burden on their loved ones. To address this, I have developed an EEG-controlled wheelchair. This device allows patients to move using nothing but their thoughts. By utilizing Electroencephalography (EEG) sensors to read brain impulses and processing them through advanced Machine Learning models, we have turned the "feeling of telekinesis" in

Long-term exposure to Vehicular Noise Pollution (VNP) has health, performance, productivity & safety consequences. Unfortunately, all across our country, VNP has taken pandemic proportions. About 40 Crore people are directly affected & this is now spreading to small towns. Just like Swachh Bharat, we need Shaanth (Yaatayaat) Bharat in terms of VNP. For the past about 5 years now, CITIZENS FOR CITIZENS (C4C) has been carrying on a sustained awareness campaign across Bengaluru to educate people regarding VNP. To reduce habit-based honking, C4C has launched a #100KmsNoHonkingChallenge which results in less noise and also makes us better and safer drivers. We learn patience and to be more careful and sensitive to our fellow human beings & even to animals. Our humble request is for Honourable Prime Minister to take up this matter in his extremely popular Mann Ki Baath programme and share his thoughts on VNP. We have seen the magic he has created with his Swachh Bharat mission.

Respected Sir, Can you please ask ECI or BSF to declare how many illegal migrants are deported from India during SIR revision. So that people know the same. Also I see in the SIR revision, many people are reported absent/shifted. It is possible that many of them are illegal and moved to other states. Request you to launch follow through: trace people with Aadhar aged over 18 years and not registered with ECI for election and see if these are legal residents!. It is very important that mother, father and spouse linkage is done in Aadhar as well so that it serves as single basis of resident identity. This can be called Aadhar2.0 Another area of concern is that all states are providing benefits to their residents, may be much of it going to illegal migrants and other leakages. Centre should align these incentives only based on their Aadhar address, Aadhar duly linked with Election Card, and with a valid bank account. This will substantially stop leakage of benefits.
