Respected Sir, I am writing after a heartbreak accident in Delhi where a young boy the only son of his parents died after he hit by a suv driving wrong side by teenagers. Its a clear deficiency of civic sense and failure of authorities to implement the driving rules effectively. I am sure sir, if you appeal to citizens of Bharat to follow the traffic rules and drive carefully then they will also follow it more. I live in Delhi and 57 plus of age, and find it the most difficult while drive on the roads.
