The current legal provisions granting lifetime maintenance/alimony to educated and skilled women after divorce are encouraging laziness and dependency among women in some cases. This is detrimental to the economic growth of our nation, which respects and values Indian women. Many women develop the misconception that separating from their husband entitles them to lifelong financial support, similar to a pension, without the need to work. As a result, the income of lakhs of husbands is being wasted instead of contributing to the country's economic development. Therefore, I humbly request that the provision for lifetime alimony be amended to introduce a maximum time limit of one or two years. This would motivate women to productively utilize their education and skills, thereby enabling them to contribute to the nation's economy. Thank you. Bharathi (An Indian)

Dear honorable PM, Perhaps multidisciplinary/interdisciplinary spiritual study programs would help us a great deal to combine Indian Knowledge Systems with Modern Scientific Programs.This seems to be an approach that developed countries are also following.Therefore herein is as an example of how our ancient knowledge of "Aura" could be re-interpreted in modern scientific terms and could be explored further by eminent scholars and researchers.
