Respected PM Sir I have a suggestion regarding the election procedure. Those who are elected in local bodies or as MLA etc , they relinquish their seat to contest in next higher posts and these seats will remain vacant till next election. So my suggestion is government should make an order that no one should relinquish seat by there own decision or else if in case it happens due to some unexpected reason the next second person should be considered for the post. The person who relinquish the elected post should be banned from contesting other elections. This will reduce the government expense on conducting elections
