They have no nominee for their pension etc. * Retirement age is to be increased, then it will be better for them. Now-a-days, the picture in every office (e.g. Bank, govt office etc.) is that young person are directly recruited for the post of officer, however they are not having much experience, so the problem arises. So, it is necessary to use services of retired employees or enhance retirement age. Sirji, I request you to personally study the matter.
