The proposed notification will destroy the process of environmental protection and affecting the environment irreversibly.We sincerely hope that the Environment Ministry will encourage informed public participation effectively. We kindly request you to kindly re-consider the new draft EIA2020.

Sir, I received an amount of rs 94 on account of gas subsidy from Sejal gas Lucknow in Oct 2019.I was NOT legally or morally entitled to get this amount bcoz i had not booked gas cylinder nor it was delivered to me. I complained matter to my beloved PM whom i have highest regards, through Speed post letter. In March 2020, my original letter was returned to me without any action/ remark through MoES. I had enclosed a cheque also to refund subsidy amount to me which was also returned to me.
