मा. प्रधानमंत्री जी, शिक्षा सभी का अधिकार है.पर आजकल यह होता नही दिखाई देता. सरकार प्राथमिक शिक्षा पर करोडो खर्च करती है, फिर भी Primary Schools बंद पडते दिखाई दे रहे है. यह क्यों हो रहा है? वही दुसरी तरफ private schools अपनी फिस लाखों मे बढा रहे है. उनपर किसीका अधिकार है कि नहीं? गरीब ईतनी सारी फिस कैसे भर सकेंगे? एक चायवाला यह फिस कैसे भर सकेगा आप ही बताए? अगर नही भर सकता तो उसके बच्चे को Private schools मे पढाई का अधिकार नही है? नही है तो सरकारी स्कूलो का स्तर बढाना चाहीए.!!!

I have a suggestion to reduce water wastage due to overflow of water tanks on the roof top of houses filled by submersible pumps fitted in a house. Can we have a system of giving surplus water generated by house hold to the city water pipeline like solar power generated by solar panel installed at the roof top of a house?

Dear Sir, request you to speak on Govt plans on road safety. Today we see heavy vehicles plying on urban roads without any speed limits. eg Mumbai trucks are allowed 24 hours and we see heavy trucks trailers playing on city roads without number plates and tail lights. Govt should bring put strict rules in the same . Also rules should be applicable to police department who donot act against such errant vehicles. many accidents and loss of life occurs due to non adherence of strict rules.
