कोरोना, बचाव के आसान टिप्स, नाक के अंदर क बालो को ना काटे, बाहर जो बाल हो वोही काटे, कुदरत ने हमे नाक में बाल धूल,मिट्टी,कीटाणु,वायरस इत्यादि से हमारे फेफड़ों की हिफाजत के लिए दिए है,नाक के बालो को हाथ से खिंचे या तोड़े नही सर्दी या अ‍ॅलर्जी का शिकार हो सकते हैं,घर से बाहर निकले पहले मास्क लगाए,चश्मा या गॉगल का नियमित इस्तेमाल करे,उंगलियों पर,चहरे पर तेल, क्रीम या जेली माथे पर मूँछों पर हल्की दाढ़ी अगर है तो जरूर लगाए ताकि धूल कण वायरस इत्यादि चिपक जाए,आँख,नाक मूंह से शरीर में प्रवेश ना कर सके।

कोरोना देश मे रुकावट बन गया है वहीं दूसरी ओर इस की चपेट में आने वाले मरीज़ों की संख्या चाहे जो भी हो हकीकत यह है कि हमारे देश में कई ऐसे भी लोग है जो जाने अनजाने मे उन्हें पता भी नहीं है कि वोह कोरोना जैसे मर्ज़ से आहत हुए हैं। देश में अनेकों मरीज़ों के परिवार को जब क्वॉरानटीन कर सॅम्पल लिया जाता है तब हैरानी होती है कि कुछ लोग इस मर्ज़ से उबर कर बाहर निकल गए हैं। इस बात पर गौर करे तो देश में कम से कम 25 प्रतिशत मरीज बिना इलाज के इस महामारी को परास्त कर चुके हैं। यह सरकार के लिए राहत की बात है।

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी, हम आपसे अनुरोध करना चाहते है कि इस मौजूदा हालात में हम देशवासी आपके साथ हैं और हमें आपके नेतृत्व पर भी विश्वास है,परंतु कुछ मुद्दों(चीन,नेपाल के) पर आप की कार्यशैली थोड़ा असंतुष्टता का भाव पैदा करती है।अर्थात इन मुद्दों पर चर्चा कर हमारी देश की मुख्य धारा को स्पष्ट करें।
