प्रत्येक स्मार्ट सिटी में अपने स्थान, जनसांख्यिकी, संस्कृति और अन्य कारकों जैसी विशिष्ट सुविधाएं होगीं, वहीं सभी शहरों कि सामान्य समस्याओं के लिए एक ही स्मार्ट समाधान हो सकता है। इस प्रतियोगिता के माध्यम से सामान्य समस्याओं के लिए इसी तरह के स्मार्ट और अभिनव समाधानों की पहचान करने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है। इस श्रेणी में प्रतिभागी को शॉर्ट-लिस्टिंग में सक्षम होने के लिए पुछे गए सभी सवालों के उत्तर के साथ पूर्ण विवरण भी प्रस्तुत किया जाना चाहिए। प्रश्न- 1. निम्नलिखित 21 स्मार्ट समाधानों में से, ऐसे 3 समाधान का चयन करें जिसे सभी भारतीय शहरों के लिए लागू किया जाना चाहिए और इसे स्पष्ट करने के लिए एक संक्षिप्त विवरण (अधिकतम 50 शब्द) भी लिखें। 2. ऐसे किसी 'स्मार्ट' सुझाव का वर्णन करें जिसे आपने किसी अन्य शहरों में देखा है (दुनिया में कहीं भी) और जिसे आप अपने शहर में भी देखना चाहते हैं। 'स्मार्ट विचार' का मतलब कम संसाधनों से अधिक कार्य करना है। 3. ऐसे 3 तरीकों का वर्णन करें जो भारतीय शहरों में अमीरों और गरीबों के बीच की खाई को कम कर सके। 4. अपने स्थानीय नगर निगम के बारे में पता 5 आवश्यक तथ्यों की सूची दें, जिसे सभी नागरिकों के लिए उपलब्ध होना चाहिए। प्रविष्टि की समय सीमा • प्रविष्टियों को mygov.in पोर्टल द्वारा शनिवार, 20 जून, 2015 से 23.59 घंटे (11:59) पर ऑनलाइन प्रस्तुत किया जा सकता है। मूल्यांकन प्रविष्टियों का मूल्यांकन निम्नलिखित मानदंडों के आधार पर किया जाएगाः • मत क्षमता (50%) • अभिनव (50%) पुरस्कार प्रत्येक श्रेणी में दो विजेताओं को निम्नलिखित राशि के नकद पुरस्कार के साथ-साथ, स्मार्ट सिटी मिशन के लॉन्च पर प्रधानमंत्री द्वारा 25 जून 2015 को विज्ञान भवन, नई दिल्ली में एक प्रशस्ति पत्र से सम्मानित किया जाएगाः • प्रथम पुरस्कार - 40,000 रु. • द्वितीय पुरस्कार - 25,000 रु. विजेता सुझाव को कार्यान्वयन के समाधान के रूप में 100 स्मार्ट शहरों के साथ साझा किया जाएगा तथा पायलट परियोजनाओं के लिए भी इस सुझाव पर विचार किया जाएगा। • इस श्रेणी में प्रतिभागी को शॉर्ट-लिस्टिंग में सक्षम होने के लिए पुछे गए सभी सवालों के उत्तर के साथ पूर्ण विवरण भी प्रस्तुत किया जाना चाहिए। • प्रत्येक श्रेणी के लिए प्रतिभागियों (एस) द्वारा प्रस्तुत प्रविष्टियों का मुल्याकंन स्वतंत्र रूप से और योग्यता के आधार पर किया जाएगा। एक से अधिक श्रेणी में शॉर्ट-लिस्टिंग के मामले में, एक भागीदार को केवल एक श्रेणी के लिए ही पुरस्कार राशि प्राप्त होगी। • प्रत्येक उत्तर की लंबाई 250 या उससे कम शब्दों में होनी चाहिए। पुरस्कार राशि के नियम एवं शर्तें और विवरण के लिए यहां क्लिक करें

Sir, each corporation should have an updated website with dedicated mobile app for complaints registration. 2.the contact numbers of local councillors & officials should be published & readily accessed 3.corporations should give mobile updates for payment of water / sewage / property tax 4.out sourced agents for waste disposal & cleaning roads should be accountable with regular civic society meets - for grievance redressal 5.Testing labs for water & food should be open 24 hrs & awareness created

Sir, to compare Singapore to one Indian smart city is possible, hence to replicate waste water recycling as done in Singapore will be a game changer for most modern Indian cities. This along with rain water harvesting - as done in Chennai, will banish water woes. Improving ground water availability has been a boon to water starved Chennai where rain water harvesting was made mandatory a few years ago. Simple techniques are used with not much maintenance cost. The same applies to grey water too.

Sir, the solutions that would make a difference are 1.intergrated transport as it will reduce congestion, increase ease of travel, improve air quality, decrease accidents. 2.digital / smart meters for water & power will make people more responsible, decrease T & D loses, improve distribution to outlying areas & cover all households 3.increased police & civic surveillance will bring down crime, make cities safe for women & children, create an atmosphere of well being without being intimidatory.

There should be a mobile application android that will include all the information about the city like city bus timing,all govt. & pvt. buses running through the city,all train timings with latest updates about arrival and departure,latest flight timings and daily time table and information about important tourist places with distances and means of transport.Location of important hotels,institutions.Establish of proper drainage system.collection of garbages from home to home dustbin in streets.

Double Ring Road and Tangential Entry and Exit This is a road layout for controlling the traffic congestion during vehicle entry and exit from crowded city. Method can be implemented in already existing city by improving upon already available roads and also implemented perfectly in new city. This method was inspired from the road plan of Thrissur City. Largely improved upon to accommodate current need and future needs too. Detailed in the picture attached. Solution for Urban mobility.

1)5,11,21 are three solution which implement in all cities because If we reduce the crime they will help us to improve our city. Similarly Recycling and Prevention of all Products are easy rather than manufacture or take it new. Developing skill also good for youth which helps to make smart city. 2)Three ways to reduce gap is : a)We look both in a same way. b)Make one community which include both poor and rich and meeting in every week. c)Giving jobs in all sectors which interact both.
