विद्युत मंत्रालय के ऊर्जा दक्षता ब्यूरो द्वारा राष्ट्रीय ऊर्जा संरक्षण जागरूकता अभियान हेतु प्रतीक चिन्ह बनाने के लिए एक प्रतियोगिता का आयोजन किया गया है। इस राष्ट्रीय अभियान का उद्देश्य भारतीय नागरिकों को उर्जा के संरक्षण के लिए अपनाई जाने वाली सर्वश्रेष्ठ पद्धतियों और आदतों के बारे में जागरूक करना है।

प्रविष्टि भेजने की अंतिम तिथि: 5 दिसम्बर 2014

विजेता प्रविष्टियों को निम्नलिखित पुरस्कारों से सम्मानित किया जाएगा:

1. प्रथम पुरस्कार- रु. 25,000/-
2. द्वितीय पुरस्कार- रु. 15,000/-
3. तृतीय पुरस्कार – रु. 10,000/-

तीसरे स्थान के लिए तीन प्रविष्टियों का चयन कर प्रत्येक को रु. 10,000/- के नकद पुरस्कार से सम्मानित किया जाएगा।

The star formed in white shows "star rating" of all devices we use. Besides it is symbol of energy/electricity. Green color is the color of nature. The building in between shows some lights off, so switch off the lights when not required. Use of CFL bulbs, Solar energy & save fuel in vehicles is shown in 3 rectangles. To use bio-fuel in vehicles is indicated by a leaf in center of car.

As Energy Conservation is a Global Concern, hence, my slogan for my logo is " SAVE ENERGY, SAVE EARTH " .. to preserve for our next generations as well as for all living ones.

In the logo for National Awareness Campaign on Energy Conservation, I have shown a Piggy Bank over which I have shown a coin being deposited in the Piggy Bank. In the coin I have shown Electric energy sign and the Earth. This one coin represents three things viz: (1) saving (conserving) of energy, (2) saving of money and (3) saving of the Earth from pollution. There is a slogan on the Piggy Bank viz: ‘SAVE ENERGY, SAVE MONEY, SAVE EARTH’. Please approve.

In the logo for National Awareness Campaign on Energy Conservation, I have shown the Earth with two hands. On top of the Earth I have shown a plant indicating greenery on Earth and on the Earth I have shown an electric bulb between the two hands. These hands try to protect (conserve) energy being used on Earth. The hands of the Earth indicate that we all have to endeavour to conserve energy and use it cautiously to save the Earth. Below there is slogan CONSERVE ENERGY SAVE EARTH.
