मेरीसरकार प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय (पीएमओ) के लिए मोबाइल ऐप के निर्माण/विकास के लिए एक प्रतियोगिता आयोजित कर रहा है। प्रतियोगिता में केवल भारत के नागरिक ही भाग ले सकते हैं। प्रतियोगिता को तीन चरणों में आयोजित किया जाएगा। o पहला चरण - विचार प्रस्तुत करना, o दूसरा चरण - वायरफ़्रेम विकास, o तीसरा चरण - ऐप विकास चरण 1 के लिए आप अपनी प्रविष्टि 23 मार्च 2015 को शाम 5:00 बजे तक भेज सकते हैं। पुरस्कार • विचार चरण (पहला चरण): निर्णायक मंडल द्वारा चयनित विचार को गूगल द्वारा एक एण्ड्रायड डिवाइस और मेरीसरकार से प्रशंसा प्रमाणपत्र दिया जाएगा। • वायरफ़्रेम विकास चरण (द्वितीय चरण): चुनी हुई शीर्ष 5 टीमों को मेरीसरकार से प्रशंसा प्रमाणपत्र और मोबाइल एप्लिकेशन का निर्माण करने के लिए गूगल द्वारा परामर्श करने का अवसर प्राप्त होगा। • अनुप्रयोग विकास चरण (तीसरा चरण): विजेता टीम को अमेरिका के लिए एक प्रायोजित यात्रा करने का मौका मिलेगा जहाँ वे गूगल डेवलपर्स (नियमों और शर्तों के अधीन) टीम से मिलेगें और इसके साथ मेरीसरकार द्वारा प्रशंसा प्रमाण पत्र दिया जाएगा। अधिक जानकारी यहाँ से प्राप्त करें: भागीदारी के लिए प्रक्रिया नियम एंव शर्ते पीएमओ ऐप संबंधी सुझाव प्रस्तुत करने हेतु वर्ग मोबाइल एप प्रतियोगिता - पूछे जाने वाले सामान्य प्रश्न

#Interaction. APP is a gateway for access to the PMO. Dashboard master title 'PMO4Change' (Reason:an app is an engine for change and a mark of change). Under this four heads 'Good governance' (update /feed from PMO, calls for suggestions from time to time), 'Development' (update /feed from PMO, calls for suggestions from time to time with volunteering options), 'Daily updates' (what is our PM doing, a feed-only from PMO) and 'PMTips4youth' (advices the future of India, a feed-only from PMO).

The PMO app should be light weight and have offline access. It should be available on multiple platforms like android, ios, java etc. It Should have following features: -A section for user poll. -An archive section where peoples could read as well as listen speeches from pmo #Broadcast - Peoples could get complete details and #information on gov projects and officers incharge. -A public direct #interaction section. -A section where people could get to now about there rights and duty.

#Broadcast #Interaction - Unbiased information to Public & Polling - PMO app can broadcast unbiased information from government to public, in the current times of biased media publicizing on a particular issue or topic. PMO App can enable the public to receive clean facts and information on a particular issue, without media bias. Also PMO can get the pulse of public on critical issues through a poll within the app.

#information People could get Information about the Progress of Govt. Launched Schemes in A progress bar section where Its current status And progress will be shown in Percentage. And estimated time Left Will also be available.People can also get to know which Ministery and which People Are involved in That Project. Also they can report it as inappropriate if they find something that can prove misuse of Public resources. And if that Response is Found Positive Then Legal action could be taken.

#Broadcast 1. Employment: This section will list the links for job postings in various central Govt. agencies. Each link will open its respective website in the phone browser. #Interaction 1. Say no to Bribery: This should allow users to take a pledge that they will stay away from bribery (Don't give Don't accept). Users can also file a complaint against any Central Govt. employee asking bribe.

#Broadcast [Personalised NewsFeed] The Application should not be like this Website of "MyGov" it should be personalised with Intrests of people with different occupation and age. It should have NewsFeed Dashboard and different channels like : Farming, Education, Corporate Etc. That people can follow if they wish to.. then they will see update from their liked channels in their "NewsFeed". #Interact People can involve in Group discussion. and Can Reach PM if their msg is approved.

#Interaction - Honor Grass Root Activists - The PMO App can have provision to enable general public to nominate local grass root activist from each constituency, based on the significance of volunteering activities they do. PMO can filter and identify key Activists to honor and award them. Also, PMO can get help/nominate these activist to run any public campaign on behalf of PMO. So that the campaign will reach the public easily and help in making the campaign a success.
