I am not able to access many government related apps or website including 'MyGov' completely or partially in this part of the country. I was not able to upload this message from my mobile app, this page shows error message when it opens up first, for example. There could be hacks or frequency jamming. It is possible that many of such message from central government is not reaching many of the citizens because of that.

Sir, as a soldier openion, I want to say about soldier basic needs, as my thought we don't have enough facilities to achieve success in operational task, as well as you know very well we use second ww desigh opretional helmet, what about bullet proof jacket and bullet proof patka, we dnt have as per strength. I understand govt can not ban tobacco products like gutkaha and cigarette as govt get revenue from it. Stupid people eat Gutkha & spit in public place & make it dirty. Suggestion - Increase govt tax on such items x4 times, appoint transgender to get it clean from the person who spit on road, give that person authority to fine for spitting in public. This may control spitting in public place & transgenders will get work. Govt can pay transgenders from the additional tax earned.
