Sir, Tapioca is widely cultivated in as a food crop and its roots only are consumed. Stumps are wasted, but for using a small quantity for replanting. I feel Paper industry can make an effort to utilise the stumps as raw material for manufacturing paper. Of course some studies are needed to find out the feasibility. Paper Mills in Kerala can undertake the studies. If successful, paper Mills will have sufficient raw material and the poor farmers will gain some additional income.

I hope you tell us what you are doing with the money seized during demonetiation and raids to some policitians/officers house by ID/CBI. I am farmer.The problem faced by the farmers of this region is,they are not getting sufficient price for the TEA LEAF only they are getting 12 ruppes per kg.As the price is too low they could not maintain their farm field, even though some subsidiary is given it's not sufficient.so I request you to take some nessary action regarding this.Thank you
