Please think of a framework where such cases can be tried through video conferencing in odd hours... say post 11:00p.m. This will ensure. that common man is not inconvenienced. every jail, court should have video conferencing facilities. Such facilities of PSUs can also be used.

To further ensure that Swach Bharat is a success, a sustained campaign of name and shame should be designed with proper safeguards. People littering can be shown on telivision, in social institutions where the person is known or at workplace/school /college of the person. This will help in promoting Swach Bharat. #MannKiBaat

#MannKiBaat Govt has started Swach Bharat campaign. However, many people still continue to spit and litter. For this govt should consider biodegradable spittoons. People should be incentivized to give the spittons after use to a designated agency from where it can be used as manure /biofuel as per research.
