We are still paying considerable bribes and spending excess money for various requirements at RTOs across the country. why cant we digitise/ automate their processes like has been done for Passports through a company such as TCS. every citizen will be willing to pay a few 100 more to the govt for that than paying 1000s to middle agents and sleuths. at present, not withstanding website and online processes, the procedures are so complicated that there is almost no choice but to approach an agent.

Sir, Along with "swachhta" on ground, we should have "Swachhta" above the ground also. We have hundreds of cables (Electricity, Telephone, Cable TV, etc.) entangled on posts on roads of all cities and even villages. If we imagine our streets without these entangeled cables, we can find that our streets are much better looking. Sir,add one lesson in the school book about traffic rules for 10th and 12th. students. And issue the license in the school or college when they atten the age 18. With proper test.it will improve the next generation to not make the mistake while driving.

sir . can you talk about issues faced by domestic helpers. most of the helpers are illiterate women they are treated very badly by their employers. it starts with names... the employers give them a pseudo name, do not show them any respect and in short are not treated as human beings. all the employers are educated and have good standing in society but in the house they put on another face and treat these helpers very badly. the contractors do not give them full salary and they are voiceless.
