There is a need to efficiently manage the side effects of this scheme and ensure befit to real growers. Some PDS or adhatiya's (commission agents) are taking un-due advantage of this initiative. We also need to ensure real benefit to small and marginal farmers. In present format the major benefit is going to large and medium growers.
