Wage structure of bank employees has faced alarming erosion during last two decades. To add fuel to fire, flattery and bribery has become key for getting promotion and good posting after the end of seniority based promotion . Quality of assets in bank has moved from good to bad to worse only because incapable , inefficient and unskilled officers have reached on top post. An officer can reach top position only when he or she is close to his higher bosses and if he earns bribe and shares with bos

Billions and trillions of rupees are in the hands of bank employees of public sector banks. It is unfortunate that recruitment and promotion process of banks is not based on merit but based on flattery, bribery and recommendations. IN case of ED and CMD it is proved by CBI. Promotion of junior officers is full of corrupt practices and Interview is the key to promote or reject a bad officer or a good officer. Interview system must be stopped for internal promotions. Seniority may be given chance

Dear pm, traffic police stops us sometimes for nothing trying to find ways to get money, why cant they stop cars and penalize those that give out heavy black smoke , especially autowala and tempo's. Clean countries have put heavy fine on loitering , why we cant have that in India??

We need to emphasize on saving our national resources, there is lot of wastage in every nook and corner. For example food, we when we go to restaurant buy more than our need and waste it. Another example, Various Authorities do not plan the city work, together, The road dept makes the road, immediately panchayat will come to dig for gutter, once they finish, again road is done, Telecommunication will come and dig it out. Money is one issue, but National resources is more important.
