Sir, my plan is to bring ur attention to improve work live balance in some jobs where we r still employing old technologies&rules, by the way making field employees life miserable, uncertain, stressful, socially isolated & unhealthy depressing. The goods gaurds of indian Railway while performing duty on goods trains r subjected to such ironies bcz they r not fully belongs to operation staff, nor loco staff but counted as running staff. Very least promotions as G/pay starts at 2800 & end at4200.

Modi Ji, your constituency, Varanasi is grooming well. I recently visited this pious place and saw it far better than my previous experience. Your hard work and aim towards this city is really marvelous..
