Yoga and raw ayurvedic herbs can make body immunity to fight against covid19. In this context I can say I have found such a plant that has suber power to increase body immunity. The boiled juice of the leaves and stems of thish plant has the power to heal lunge as well as throat infection. Besides this it can develope oxygen level in the body. But I am sorry to say that it can not disclose the name of the plant now for more research. So I pledget help to work more with this plant.

Medicaim premium for senior citizen should be affordable,this citizens during their youth had paid Medicaim premium using their source of income.At that time their premium was also low,but as the age increases the Medicaim insurance company raises it to more than 70%,which becomes unaffordable to the peoples in their old age when it is required the most.I would suggest,that government need to provide some solution to this problem thateachIndian citizen willface during his lifetime.

सेजना का पेड़ जिस के फूल और फली दोनों ही बहुत उपयोगी है जिसे कई प्रकार से बनाया जाता है फूल की उबाल कर सब्जी बनती है तथा फली का अचार और दाल मे दाल कर बहुत ही स्वदिस्ट व् लाभकारी भोजन के रूप मई औषधि है सभी को इस सेजना कफूल की सब्जी का सेवन करना चाहिए

wake up early in the morning, do exercise, daily walk. a balance diet a quantity of calcium carbonate, protein, vitamin. sleep for 8 hours. a glass of golden milk for immunity.
