Digital or bar codes tickets should be made mandatory as first step towards 100 % ticket travel in first /AC class two or three Tyre bogie and only with these tickets will be allowed to enter the bogie ,for security point of view .So no unauthorized entry will be allowed .Bogie number say SI or B1 need to glow from distence

Good idea provided railways clearly states upfront how they are going to use it and what services they will provide to the passangers free of cost. There should be penalties for deficient services based on passanger feedback. Anything free is almost always misused.

I believe that BSNL itself running in loss unable to pay salaries to their employees which I understood clearly whatever reason may be. Spectrum which planned for Railways which is good but only thing I want to suggest you that there should be transparency in all the places.
If our aim is positive the results will be positive. Whatever things happening should be under Sabka sath Sabka Vikash Sabka Vishwash. Please update us once happening in this regards.
