Honorable PM, Please use the technology and make it mandatory for every citizen of India to vote in the elections. They can be anywhere, but provide them a booth/internet facility to vote. If any citizen does not vote in any of the elections.(Corparator, MLA, MP) they should not get any benefits.

Dear PM Sir, Digital Services to rural in a Single level platform of providing all government schemes and services, build all infrastructures, technologies development, promotes rural entrepreneurship, builds rural capacities and livelihoods. The strategy has been evolving with time, and taking into its new approaches such as participatory local community to all Government agencies through common service centers. Grampanchayat will have every 5000 or more population contain one unit of CSC.

HINDI WEB DEVELOPMENT. Why? 1- Because it will help in making rural masses literate, informed & connected. 2- It is not included in digital India programme (although this should be at its heart ). 3- most necessary for the success of digital India programme. 4- it will cut down unnecessary programme expenditure. 5- it will expand & consolidate digital economy of the country and millions of direct & indirect jobs will be created within the country.

The govt can provide infrastructure (maybe under Digital India initiative) for all the farmers/rural people to market their produce anywhere in the country. Postman can be used to collect their produce and using its network can be of great use to reach remotest of places in the country. All transactions can be done through mobile/e-banking that includes service charge to the postal dept. Connect this postal/banking networks with the warehouses and it becomes a great e-commerce infrastructure!
