Now government is taking a very good steps for IT sectors. But still needs to do some more thing like, centralized database of every records, every record like birth, education, land owner, people records and earning of people, health. So I mean every record should be linkedby the AADHAR number. Please make one website for one department not more than one, like PF department has multiple website. Every record of the nation should linked by AADHAR number. This will stop corruption.

We should encourage the every village people to use the e banking and mobile banking. This initiative will require the giant collaboration between telecom and finance service provider. A report card can be prepared for each gram panchayat by saying active number of mobile phone users and bank account holder. Tech school classes can be opened and weekly report card should published which will show the incremental % of users. I trust this will help to achieve one of goal of Digital India campaign.

We should tell the people in the rural India about the benefits of using e-banking - by which we can do our transactions form our home, e-shopping - by which we can get our products just by moving our fingers, social networking - through which we can talk to person sitting in another countries within seconds and for free. These things will definitely work to form curiosity in the people's mind.

We should introduce free WIFI system for the rural India or introduce it on a low cost that they can pay and should open tech learning centers including opening of computer labs in schools. People performing great in those tech learning centers should be awarded with some prices, so that their interest may pursue further.

The e-services can be used in rural areas by opening the technology learning centers at panchayat level i.e. there should be a technology learning center at each gram panchayat and the use of technology should be promoted by the sarpanch in his village.
