The strategy has been evolving with time, and taking into its new approaches such as participatory local community to all Government agencies through common service centers. Grampanchayat will have every 5000 or more population contain one unit of CSC.

Change the panchayati system its an old one obsolete nowhere in th the world only in india cannot fuction in 21 st century it was a idea of congress u bjp need to change that need some other system for modern india modern india modern way this pachayat will take us nowhere it can only help congress in corruption and panchayat is the reason for rural stagnation. All the police shud have advanced auto rifles and weapons and helicopter and no more lathis.

All police department shud come under cbi instead of home ministry and shud be directly under the centre
