Sir, Personnel serving in Defence Forces and para military forces are not able to cast their votes due to their freequent transfers. Moreover it is not possible to utilise postal ballots effectively. We need to come up with a policy wherein all soldiers can cost their votes comfortably from any where in india. Thank you
