I would like to suggest for reducing menace of black money. Finance ministry should pass a law to curb transactions in cash starting from the metro cities. There should be a law to limit percentage of cash transactions to total transactions, as it will be difficult to insist on 100 percent cashless transaction. Fin. min. can insist by law 75 per cent transactions should be bcheque / credit card/debit card ( cashless transaction ) by all shops with a turnover above Rs.say 25000/- per day .

Everyone knows how much BCCI's income is in reality Vs it's declarations. if Govt takes over this autonomous body by making a simple law then the entire income of BCCI can be used for the dev of India. Today, we are really mad behind this sports and people are ready to pay any price for the new version of T20, ODI etc. TV companies also pay huge money to BCCI then why can't govt think of making money out of this income source and why is it left to just a few fat people.

Income sources for Gov.: Do you know how much Visa/MasterCard/Amex etc. credit card companies earning from Transactions happening in India ? I heard they charge min 2.5% from the merchants for each transaction, then you can imagine how much is the outflow of money from India to other countries. If it's 2.5% then it's a HUGE OUTFLOW of money (few lakh crores ?).. if Govt. can setup it's own visa/mastercard like network then all that money can remain in India through SBI card ?
