Every ( mostly all ) law or rule when created, It increases corruption. There are many such examples. While making new laws and rules, the precaution should be taken that corruption should be removed.

4-capacity =total area of place like grounds or temple\sq.meter Example if ground is is big like1sq.km then capcity should be only 1000....not more thenthat.... 5-no entry of peoples in festivals like dashera..on such ground ...or in temple in on perticular day... Friend these ideas are some what hard to see...but from protect to such incedents we have to do that and we have to advice that these rules are for there beneficial and protect them...

BIHAR GOVT. MADE GANDHI MAIDAN PATNA AS A "JALIYA WALA BAGH", A LARGE GROUND WITH ONLY 4 GATES AND HIGH BOUNDARY WITH GRILL. AT MY OPINION REMOVE THE GRILL FROM BOUNDARY , AT THE TIME OF ANY DISASTER PERSONS CROSS THE BOUNDARY EASILY . SO MY REQUEST TO P.M. MODI PLEASE

Last day thaere was a stempade in patna which is very samefull for us ....we should be think about that I think some idea about to avoid these type of incedents in grounds,temples,some melas in festivals... 1-No such organization in limited space like grounds,temples.... 2-no entry in temples in some festivals though it is hard ..but we have to do it 3-there should be many gates and all gates should be open 4-permission of entry should be limited to some capacity... Sri Modiji, Patna tragedy was totally avoidable. It was complete negligence by Bihar admin.. As ruling party's dislike about you and your party is fully unknown, so please request Supreme Court to appoint a SIT to investigate, fix responsibility and also prosecute the culprits responsible for this tragedy The police and district administration did not made proper arrangements but would have claimed expenses on barricades, lighteing etc had it would had.gone incident free.
